Requirements:

• ACCOMPLISHED AND SIGNED Application Form(available in the school)  

• 4x passport photographs

• COPY of the previous school report, if any

• COPY of passport, including the child’s residence visa for Qatari

• COPY of parents’ passport, child so Qatari ID

• Copy of birth certificate 

• A COPY of the child’s immunization/vaccination record

• Child's  Health record file

• Pass the personal interview
